Whether you are seeking support, connection, or simply a place to rest, you are welcome.
We support individuals, families, and caregivers through the thresholds of loss—from personal to planetary.
Our grief gatherings are a soft place to land. Come as you are.
Together, we move through sharing, writing, somatic practice with compassionate presence.
We also offer workshops, 1:1 sessions, and trainings.
These are pathways to deepen your practice, build capacity, and weave the work of tending grief into your life and community.

Each gathering is led by experienced grief‑guides committed to bearing witness, holding space, and tending grief with honesty, tenderness, and humility. Our role isn’t to “fix” grief — it’s to accompany it.
This isn’t a therapy session or a performance: it’s a shared practice. There is no agenda to “get over grief.” Instead, we come together to share, listen, reflect, and simply be — as much or as little as you need.
Our gatherings offer a space where grief can be felt, explored, and witnessed — not rushed or judged. We create a gentle, body-aware environment where you’re invited to attune to your own experience.
Gatherings may include gentle grounding practices—simple breath awareness, body awareness, candle lighting, moments of silence, or shared reflection. These are invitations, not expectations, offering steadiness as you meet what’s here.
When grief feels isolating, being in a shared space can soften that edge.
These gatherings are a place to be with others, where you may feel seen, heard, and quietly held by those willing to stay present.
Each gathering is one moment on a larger path. There’s no pressure to “finish grief.” Instead, we offer steady companionship — so grief becomes not a burden, but a living, evolving process. Over time, many find solace, solidarity, and even new threads of belonging.
