Whether you are seeking support, community, or simply a place to rest, you are welcome.
We support individuals, families, and caregivers through the thresholds of loss—from personal to planetary.
Our grief groups are soft a place to land. Come as you are. Together, we move through story, somatic practice, and gentle ritual.
We also offer workshops, 1:1 sessions, and trainings.
These are pathways to deepen presence, build capacity, and weave the work of tending grief into your life and community.

Each gathering is led by experienced grief‑guides committed to bearing witness, holding space, and tending grief with honesty, tenderness, and humility. Our role isn’t to “fix” grief — it’s to accompany it.
This isn’t a therapy session or a performance: it’s a communal practice. There is no agenda to “get over grief.” Instead, we come together to share, listen, reflect, and simply be — as much or as little as you need.
Our gatherings offer a space where grief can be felt, explored, and witnessed — not rushed or judged. We cultivate a somatically aware, reflective container, where each person can attune to their body, emotions, and inner experience.
Gatherings may include gentle grounding practices: breath work, somatic awareness, ritual gestures, moments of silence, or simple shared reflections. These help us meet grief with the fullness of hearts — offering steadiness amid loss.
When grief isolates, gatherings counter that isolation with community. You may be surprised to find yourself seen, heard, and held — by others who know loss or by those who simply listen.
Each gathering is one moment on a larger path. There’s no pressure to “finish grief.” Instead, we offer steady companionship — so grief becomes not a burden, but a living, evolving process. Over time, many find solace, solidarity, and even new threads of belonging.
