Tending to you means making time for you. Our virtual group gatherings give you the opportunity to pause, share, listen and reflect — to be with.
Tending to grief is a journey that requires us to be present with it, through all its ups and downs. Take a moment to explore the ways in which grief manifests in your life.
Tending to each other is central to our gatherings. Connect with others on a journey of grief, and find solace and support in a community of care.
At The Grievery — a collective of care and connection — we bring you together to practice leaning into grief with courage, compassion and curiosity.
From the privacy and comfort of your own home, you can shed layers, shed tears, find respite, and maybe even discover unexpected moments of lightness in this deeply human process.
The beauty of our offerings is that we invite you to show up exactly where you are, as you are.
Our guided sessions make room for sharing, meditations, gentle movement, journaling and reflection.
Just $25 per session. First time gatherers — your session is on us!
