Rebecca's professional journey spans engagements with Kripalu Center for Yoga, Menla and Tibet House, Upaya Zen Center, the Findhorn Foundation, and mindfulness tech startups, as well as curriculum development for MIT’s MBA and executive education programs.
Her practice is deeply influenced by the teachings of Roshi Joan Halifax, Francis Weller, Bayo Akomolafe, Alua Arthur, and other visionaries who center relational care, somatic healing, and ancestral wisdom. Rebecca holds a trauma-informed perspective developed through training with Dr. Dan Siegel at The Mindsight Institute and a grounding in somatic healing from The Embody Lab. She has also immersed herself in grief ritual work with Francis Weller, contemplative care at Upaya Zen Center, and end-of-life doula training with Going With Grace, all of which reflect a commitment to de-centering individualism and prioritizing collective care.
